How LNO collects, uses, and protects data across the LNO Control Center dashboard and mobile app.
Last updated — July 2026
This policy covers the LNO Control Center web dashboard (cc.lno.company) and its companion iOS app. Both are private, internal tools used by LNO staff and, on a limited read-only basis, by LNO shareholders. They are not available to the general public — access requires an account created by an LNO administrator.
We collect the minimum data needed to operate the dashboard securely:
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing. We do not track you across other apps or websites. The iOS app does not collect data beyond what is described here, and does not use analytics or advertising SDKs.
To operate the dashboard, limited data passes through the following processors, strictly for the purposes described:
Passwords and one-time codes are never stored in plain text. Sensitive configuration is encrypted at rest. Access to the dashboard requires authentication, and administrative actions are logged for accountability.
Account and portfolio data is retained for as long as your account is active. Security logs are retained for a limited period for fraud-prevention purposes. When an account is removed by an administrator, associated personal data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below. Because accounts are provisioned and managed by LNO administrators, some requests may be fulfilled by your administrator directly.
This app and dashboard are internal business tools not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the dashboard or applicable law. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to contact@lno.company.
